As Senior Specialist, Merchandising Planning, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation of Pandora's Merchandising Planning organization through the implementation of our new planning platform, o9.

Serving as the team's o9 Super User, you will act as the primary expert, trainer, and change champion, helping colleagues build capability and confidence while ensuring planning quality remains strong throughout the transition.

Alongside your transformation responsibilities, you will remain closely connected to the core Merchandising Planning function, supporting the business, promoting process standardization, and driving end-to-end planning excellence across markets and clusters.
