As Sourcing Manager – Design-to-Order (DTO), you will strengthen NOVENCO’s competitive position by building supplier partnerships that support engineered solutions, modular thinking, cost optimisation and supply chain resilience.
Your Impact Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers for customised components, balancing quality, cost, delivery performance, sustainability and supply chain risk. Bring the right suppliers into early design phases to support Design for Manufacturing principles and optimise total cost of ownership.
Negotiate framework agreements, contracts and pricing structures that support volatile demand, complex components and project-specific requirements. Build long-term supplier partnerships capable of handling special materials, technical complexity, variable order volumes and long lead times.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, with particular focus on delivery reliability, quality, cost efficiency and compliance with standards. Identify commonalities across customised products to increase component reuse, reduce complexity and support a more scalable supply base1 …
