• Bagsværd, Denmark (onsite) Your impact begins here As Capex Project Controller, you will own the financial control of investment projects in CMC Development, from business case through execution and close-out.
• You will give project managers and directors a clear, forecastable view of performance against approved scope, budget and schedule, and turn project data into recommendations they can act on.
• Your work keeps investments transparent and within approved funding, so decisions are made on solid ground and at pace.
• What you’ll bring You are analytical, structured and commercially minded.
• You combine attention to detail with a clear view of the whole project, and you communicate deviations and recommendations with confidence.

You will also bring: - A relevant master’s degree. - At least 5 years of project-controlling experience in Capex or investment projects. - Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost and cash-flow control, variance analysis and estimate-at-completion reporting. - Knowledge of Capex governance and accounting, including IAS 16 and IAS 36.
