Strategy Execution Lead

Country: Denmark. Our Business Development & Portfolio Management area has an ambitious strategy and we are looking for someone with a generic-pharma mindset or experience to drive the transformation and make sure we execute according to our plans, roadmaps and business goals within the area and along the value chain This role is best suited for someone who knows how a generic pharma business operates.

Compared with an originator company, we work with a broad portfolio, lean teams and short decision paths, and value comes from pragmatic, commercially minded execution. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Drive the transformation in the Business Development & Portfolio Management area from process changes to new ways of working - Identify program impacts and design adoption measures together with functional leads - Track adoption and take corrective action when change is not landing as planned - Own the communication plan that keeps the organization informed and engaged - Own the strategy execution roadmap for the Business Development & Portfolio Management area, ensuring alignment with Orifarm’s overall strategy and business1 …
