Sophie Bille Brahe ApS is recruiting a highly motivated Client Advisor for a hourly based position to join our Private Sales team. We are seeking a brand ambassador who will have a central role in our boutique in the heart of Copenhagen.
You will join a dynamic and international company, striving to continue our growth whilst providing excellent luxury service to our clients around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Receive private clients in our boutique and offer them a unique and specialized experience.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touch points.
- Develop strong customer relationships and offer a dedicated and curated service.
- Maintain and ensure that the boutique is always ready for clients.
- Ad hoc assistance for private sales and e-commerce team.
- Your competencies Availability to work Thursday-Friday afternoon/early evening and Saturdays.
- Fluent in English and Danish.
- Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling in English and Danish.
- Extremely service-minded and detail oriented with a focus on following through.
- Experience within sales, preferably in fine jewellery or luxury.
