The Impact You'll Make At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to join our Controls & Thermal Management (CTM) division and drive regional marketing strategies across Europe. In this role, you will translate market insights, customer needs, and industry trends into application-driven strategies and value propositions.

Working closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Global Segment Marketing, you will help strengthen our market positioning and identify new growth opportunities. The position can be based in Venice (Italy), Lyon (France), or Madrid (Spain).

What You’ll Be Doing - Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies for HVAC-R focusing on refrigeration applications, in collaboration with Sales and Global Segment Marketing. - Translating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into compelling application-driven value propositions.
