The Role As Director, you will lead the leaders and teams that make up the Audio group—an organization of 75 highly skilled experts. Through your leadership team, you will be accountable for strengthening R&D delivery and ensuring that the organization has the skills, culture, capacity, structure, and ways of working required to succeed.

You will set direction, develop leaders, and enable teams to perform at their best. Building on a strong existing organization and guided by the company strategy, you will prepare the organization for the future.
