Ballerup Your impact begins here As Patient & Consumer Marketing AI Lead, you will shape how Novo uses AI to connect with the people we serve. You will turn business priorities and Novo’s AI ambitions into a clear roadmap of AI products – from personalisation and next-best-action to conversational AI and content intelligence – and lead a multidisciplinary team that takes them into production.

Your work will help improve patient experiences, strengthen consumer relationships and deliver measurable commercial results across global and local markets. What you’ll bring You combine AI and data product leadership with a strong understanding of marketing and customer engagement.
