4459 We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Expert Agentic Business Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions that solve real business problems in Asset & Wealth Management (AWM).

You will work at the intersection of business transformation and advanced AI engineering – translating business needs into robust, well-governed agentic applications that can be safely deployed in a regulated banking environment. About our team The AWM Chief Operating Office (COO) drives operational excellence, supports business transformation, and fosters innovation across Asset & Wealth Management.

We focus on improving processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring strong governance and compliance – enabling sustainable growth and superior client experiences. The COO team collaborates across business, technology, and control functions to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

The AWM AI team is being established in AWM COO to accelerate delivery and scale of AI capabilities across AWM, with a strong focus on Private Banking and selected cross-area dependencies.
