Your new role As Associated P&O Business Partner, you will shape the people agenda that helps DPM Expansions build Novo’s future manufacturing capacity. Working with senior leaders and expansion sites globally, you will turn business priorities into practical people and organisational plans – from workforce planning and capability building to leadership, culture and change.

Your work will help teams grow with confidence and speed, so new capacity can reach the people who rely on our treatments faster. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• - Partner with leaders at our QC expansion in Hillerød to translate business priorities into people and organisational strategies.
