As our new TA Partner, you’ll play a key role – primarily in German speaking markets, but also across Europe – in delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment experience that helps fuel our ambitious journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively drive efficient, high-quality end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure time-to-fill performance.
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining structure, quality, and professional candidate experience.
- Proactively drive sourcing activities to attract and engage qualified candidates across relevant channels.
- Guide hiring managers through the entire interview and selection process, influencing decisions and ensuring well-founded hiring choices.
