1 November 2026 Where you will make your mark As a Model Design Intern, you’ll be part of the LEGO Model Design Team – the creative hub where ideas are transformed into physical LEGO play experiences using our amazing LEGO elements. You’ll design, prototype and refine models that bring stories to life and spark play for children of all ages.

Your work will directly shape the sets that end up in the hands of millions of builders worldwide.

What you bring

You are pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Toy Design, Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Model Making, Innovation & Product Development, Sensory Design, Experience Design or a related field. - You have a passion for play, creativity and hands-on model building.
