Senior Project Cost Controller

Pay: 651,000–956,900 DKK per year. Country: Denmark. Your impact begins here As Senior Project Cost Controller, you will own cost control on some of the largest capital projects in Novo's API organisation. You will give project management the clear forecasts, reporting and budget insight they need to make decisions at pace, while setting professional direction for colleagues in cost control.

Your work helps keep major manufacturing investments on scope, time, quality and budget, so the capacity to supply treatment to the people who need it is built on solid financial ground. What you’ll bring You combine hands-on cost control expertise with the ability to raise the standard of the people around you.

You will bring

• - 5+ years of experience in a similar project cost control role.
• - Demonstrated experience in cost control on large capex projects.
• - Strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to guide colleagues and set professional direction.
• - A structured approach that lets you keep the broad overview without losing attention to detail.
• - The ability to translate complex financial issues into clear messages for senior stakeholders.
• - Fluency in English.

Useful, but not essential:

• - Experience from a GMP-regulated industry.
