Therefore, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Support Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Support Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting some of our most valued customers.

You will act as their primary point of contact, ensuring personalized technical support, proactive communication, and timely resolution of issues. You will work closely with our global Support teams, Sales, and Product departments to coordinate customer needs, resolve technical challenges, and continuously improve our support processes.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships while maintaining a high standard of service.
