Core Responsibilities You will establish and drive the LEGO Group's low carbon innovation pipeline - identifying, prioritising, and unlocking the most impactful decarbonisation opportunities - while helping shape and deliver the roadmap towards our near-term Science Based Target and 2050 net zero target.

In this pivotal role, you’ll source, evaluate, and mature carbon reduction levers to ensure they are credible, measurable, and delivery-ready. Partnering with senior leaders and technical specialists, you’ll build the case for action, navigate competing priorities, and translate complex climate insight into clear recommendations for top decision-makers.
