Copenhagen We are seeking a strategic and solutions-oriented Director, Creative Operations to lead the operational backbone of our in-house creative team. As a key leader within the organization, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, optimizing workflows, and enabling the seamless delivery of creative work for a global audience.

This role will lead project management, creative operations systems, technology enablement, and external agency partnerships to ensure our teams deliver best-in-class creative work at scale.

You will collaborate closely with Digital & Technology, Brand, Marketing, and Production teams to shape and evolve the creative operating model, lead technology initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency through automation and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and collaborative leader with deep expertise in creative operations, workflow transformation, technology implementation, and change management. You are equally comfortable developing long-term operational strategies and ensuring day-to-day execution excellence.
