About the role

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead strategic moulding initiatives that connect technology, industrialisation and production. This is a permanent role where you'll create direction across complex programs, align priorities and turn manufacturing ambitions into practical plans. Required Qualifications - Led complex technical or manufacturing programs involving multiple projects or workstreams.

- Managed injection moulding, moulding technology or closely related industrial manufacturing initiatives. - Directed Project Managers, technical leads or workstream owners across interconnected programs. - Delivered production transformation, technology implementation, capacity expansion or production transfer projects.

Preferred Qualifications - Introduced new technologies from development through industrialisation and into stable production. - Worked with equipment suppliers to implement manufacturing technology within existing production environments. - Scaled standardised technology solutions across multiple manufacturing sites1 …
